The new 80-metre Bilgin 263 as other yachts are fitted with IMO III propulsion systems from MTU. The integrated solution for the yacht of the Turkish yard consists of two 16-cylinder Series 4000 engines and two SCR systems. With a total power output of around 5,100 kW, the yacht has a top speed of 20 knots.

84 apprentices and sandwich course students start their training at Rolls-Royce in Friedrichshafen. Industrial mechanics and mechatronics technicians are particularly popular. Mechanical engineering, automation technology and electrical engineering are also in demand. As a provider of integrated solutions, Rolls-Royce trains IT specialists and IT students for the first time in its own company to provide the necessary skills for information technology. Rolls-Royce's MTU Environmental Foundation supports the Biology Department at University of Konstanz in its research of the Burgundy blood algae in Lake Constance. Rolls-Royce Power Systems is opening up new markets and technologies, with microgrids now included in the solutions portfolio of the Rolls-Royce Power Systems business unit.
